As far as I can remember from being a small child my Mom would say “Drink your orange juice, you need the Vitamin C”. For me it was not hard for Mom to convince me to drink orange juice, that delicious, sweet refreshing taste always made me think I was getting some kind of a special treat. Now that I am older and am a Mom of 4, we always have Florida Orange Juice in the refrigerator. My husband and oldest daughter are fans of the Most Pulp variety, they love those sweet and juicy bits that the pulp adds, myself and the younger children prefer the good ‘ol Original with no pulp. Not only is Florida Orange Juice great to have with breakfast in the morning, but it is so versatile and can be used in many recipes.
For Dinner we love Grilled Jamaican Jerked Drumsticks, the orange juice combined with garlic, ginger and soy sauce makes the best marinade to brine the chicken so that it comes out so juicy and tender. As most of you know I am a fan of desserts, I may be obsessed with chocolate, but I love an Orange Juice Cake equally as much. If you have never heard of this, you have got to give it a try.
