The Jackson Galaxy Butterfly Ball is a mentally stimulating toy that provides your cat with visual entertainment, similar to that of the outdoors, for the ultimate satisfying hunt play. Using sensor-activated action to set the butterfly fluttering within the ball, this playful sphere taps into your cat’s natural instincts to observe and track prey. The realistic fluttering will keep your cat engaged and the weighted base provides a fun wobble, while keeping the butterfly upright.
Mocha loves the Butterfly Ball. It is so realistic the way it moves when she paws at it, even Xena the pup joined in on the fun with the Butterfly Ball.
The Gravity Tower is described as a bouncy, tipsy, topsy, turvy, spinning magical magnetic cat toy! Mocha did not enjoy this one as much as the Butterfly Ball. She would not play with it unless one of us was there to move the toy around. She did like the different textured toys on the ends of each peg, but would not have anything to do with it unless we made them move. The magnet motion is supposed to help keep the toys bouncing to keep the cat interested and engaged, but that was not our experience.
We have several Chuckit! products including the launcher and love them all. The balls are so durable the new Locator Sound Ball emits an audible pulse sound every few seconds to help both pet parents and dogs locate the ball in any terrain after launch. When playing in the backyard the Bermuda grass is so thick that balls are so easily lost and when we play ball in the house Xena always manages to get her toys lost in the craziest places. Thanks to the Locator Sound Ball we can find the ball no matter where she hides it.
