Maggie & Mary’s Cheeseball Mixes
A little while ago I reviewed Maggie & Mary’s Just Add Water Mixes, their yummy Be Well Chicken Soup and English Toffee Freezie Mix and today I have another treat for you from Maggie & Mary’s. When you think of a cheeseball if you are like me you probably think of sharp cheddar cheeses, savory cheeseballs and my mother has one of the best recipes ever for a cheese ball, but how about a sweet, decadent cheeseball? I had never heard of such a thing until I discovered Maggie & Mary’s extensive line of cheeseball mixes including Key Lime, Bananas Foster, Apple Cinnamon and Carrot Cake to name a few.
I am a huge fan of Carrot Cake so getting to try the Carrot Cake Cheese Ball was a big treat for me. I made mine ahead of time and froze it so I can serve it at Easter for our family. The Maggie & Mary’s Cheese Ball Mix came with everything I needed, just add 8 oz. of cream cheese. Since I was saving it for the family the husband and I got to lick the spoon and boy is it good. My husband loves cream cheese but does not like Carrot Cake, but he thought this was really good. This wonderful little ball of goodness can be enjoyed as a dip, as a cheeseball, or even as frosting on your favorite pumpkin muffins.
