If your Holidays are like ours you probably have some family members that say “I am tired of traditional Christmas Dinner”, you know the ham, turkey mashed potatoes, so every year we add something different to the mix. One year we added enchiladas, another year we did lasagna and pizza is always great. We still have the Christmas staples, but add something in for a twist. If you are into Asian food Bibigo and Lee Kum Kee have some great products that will surely satisfy the craving for something different.
We made these yummy wings using Bibigo Go-Chu-Jang Barbceue Sauce. This sauce makes such an awesome glaze, sticky and sweet with a decent kick.
The Steamed Dumplings and Mini Wontons are a busy hostess’s dream. The Steamed Dumplings cook up in the microwave in no time and we chose to saute the Mini Wontons in a skillet with a little bit of oil so they are slightly brown and have just the right texture.
Lee Kum Kee has Ready Sauces that allow you to make quick and easy, great Asian dishes. Everything from Honey Sesame Chicken to Lettuce Wraps and even Korean BBQ Stir Fry that you see in the pic below and condiments like Soy Sauce, Sriracha Sauce and more.
The Lee Kum Kee Ready Sauces make it so easy because for us the hardest part of making Asian food at home is getting the sauces right or buying all the ingredients that are needed to make it. We sliced some strip steak and cooked it with the Korean BBQ Stir Fry Sauce with some shredded carrots and green onions and topped it with sesame seeds. This sauce is quite sweet which was a little surprise to us, but was still very reminiscent of Korean BBQ. You can find a store near you that carries Bibigo products here and find retailers of Lee Kum Kee products here. Pick up some today and make this holiday dinner one to remember.
