BURGERFI was founded in 2011 out of dissatisfaction of what was happening in the burger market at the time. Fast food chains were dominating the burger scene with their less than stellar offerings. BURGERFI started with gourmet Chefs that didn’t know fast food and operate the kitchen like a five star restaurant, making better choices and innovating the burger market. When BURGERFI set out to create their signature sauce they didn’t call their food supplier, the chefs started chopping, combining, cooking, coming up with a sauce that uses over a dozen special ingredients and takes about 40 minutes to prepare, this is not your average “special sauce”.
One of the original fan favorites of BURGERFI, the CEO burger has been reintroduced and now has a permanent spot on the menu. The CEO burger is not your average burger, we’re talking two Wagyu & Brisket burger blend patties, lots of ooey gooey melted, aged Swiss Cheese, Homemade Candied Bacon Tomato Jam and a Truffle Aioli.
The combination of the ingredients that make up the CEO burger is nothing less than magical. The beef was seasoned very well bringing out that hearty beef flavor, cooked perfectly and so juicy it just runs down your arms and you just keep on eating.
We loved the atmosphere at our local BURGERFI in Brentwood, TN and ordering was so easy. Make your way through the line checking out the menu on easy to read LCD screens and the cashiers are more than happy to answer any questions and make suggestions to make your experience the best it can be.
Any great Gourmet Burger restaurant has to have sides to compliment an awesome burger and BURGERFI does not disappoint. Huge onion rings and fries that are fried twice for maximum crispiness pair perfectly and if you can’t decide, get the CRY+FRY for the best of both worlds.
Once you have tried the CEO burger, you have to make your way through the other BURGERFI offerings, the BURGERFI Cheeseburger pictured above is a double angus burger, with lettuce, tomato and the yummy BURGERFI sauce. The Breakfast All Day Burger pictured below takes one of the most popular pairings in the burger market today, bacon and a fried egg and takes it to the next level with maple syrup and hashbrowns, Hannah loved it and says you cannot miss out on this burger.
BURGERFI understands, as hard as it may be, that everybody may not love a burger made from 100% natural Angus beef patties with no steroids, antibiotics, growth hormones, chemicals or additives. For those people they offer a Kobe Style Beef Dog (unfortunately they were out of them on our visit) and a Vienna Beef Dog pictured above, Our youngest daughter, Phoebe is not a burger fan (I am not sure how being related to me she is not) and she loved the Vienna Beef Dog and the toasted bun really set it off. If you don’t eat beef BURGERFI offers the VEGEFI Burger made from Crispy Quinoa and a Fresh Cut Veggie burger topped with White cheddar cheese, Lettuce, Tomato and BURGERFI sauce on a multigrain bun. If you waffle between eating beef and being a vegetarian or just want to try the best of both worlds, check out the Conflicted Burger with its Natural Angus Burger & Fresh Cut Veggie Burger, topped with Lettuce, Tomato and BURGERFI sauce on a multigrain bun.
BURGERFI also has a great variety of items made from frozen custard, everything from shakes to concretes and sundaes. While were visiting they brought around samples of the custard for us to try and it was amazing. We love trying to new burger joints as they keep popping up around Nashville and BURGERFI is definitely at the top of our list of faves, with their perfectly seasoned 100% natural beef and amazing sides I am sure it will soon become one of your favorites as well. Find a BURGERFI location near you and try the CEO Burger and be sure to show them some love on facebook, twitter, Instagram and Pinterest.
