If you are like me when you shop online, before you click that checkout button you always check to see if there are any promo codes first. Over the years many websites have popped up that offer promo codes, most of them have the same codes, not really any different from site to site. Also a lot of these promo codes that are listed on all of these promo code sites are for specific items and of course those items are not what I am looking to purchase. Because of all of the frustration I have had with finding promo codes I started using a plugin for Chrome from Honey. When I add items to my cart and go to the checkout page Honey will popup and tell me if it has any promo codes to try and will automatically try 10 or so codes. This week I am looking to purchase gifts from Bath & Body Works, one of my favorite places to shop. I love to shop there for myself and they have so many items that make great gifts. Who couldn’t use some fabulous hand soap, lotion or their wonderful new candles?
So I head over to the Bath & Body Works site and select the candles that I want to purchase and as usual Honey pops up saying it can try to save me some money.
So I cross my fingers and click “Apply Coupons”.
Bummer, Honey could not find anything so I need to go on a search for codes. During my search for promo codes I came across Dealspotr. They have the same promo codes that I have seen on Retail Me Not, Coupon Cabin and others, but I see some things here that I have not seen on the other sites, most notably the option to filter by single use coupons.
So I understand that single use codes are meant for that, single use, but Dealspotr offers several of the same coupon so my chances of getting one that works is great and these are for 20% of my entire purchase, no restrictions on items or total purchase. You will also notice another feature of Dealspotr in the screenshot above that I love, the green line that runs under the green “Show Promo Code” button shows the “health status” of the code based off user ratings. Green means it has a high likelihood of working, yellow is moderate and red indicates there is a really good chance that the code will not work.
As you can see above I went back to my cart on Bath & Body Works and entered the one time use code and received 20% off my purchase.
After you use a code you can also report back on Dealspotr if it worked or not and how much you save so others can see if the code has bee working or not and this contributes to its health score.
As you can see Dealspotr can save you quite a bit of time and money. I love the single use feature and Dealspotr also enables users to add referral codes giving friends and family types of discounts, plus they feature third party codes which are discount codes at other retailers that can be used to score discounts on the brand you are looking for. Check out Dealspotr today and find a deal for anything, anytime!
