TruKid Silly Shampoo Review & Giveaway

TruKid Silly Shampoo

TruKid is a company that focuses on creating healthy habits by providing better personal care choices for children and families. They do this by providing products that are free of harmful chemicals for the body and also by striving to use innovative and green packaging to facilitate recycling and minimize waste. TruKid’s philosophy is to create a sustainable future for kids by encouraging them to take care of themselves, each other and the environment. My children were happy to assist me with this review on TruKid Silly Shampoo.

TruKid Silly Shampoo

TruKid Silly Shampoo comes in an 8 fl oz container with a an easy to use pump for dispensing. This shampoo is all natural, mild and safe for sensitive skin and hair. It also effectively removes surface oil and dirt without striping natural oils. The one thing that my children loved was the light citrus scent. What I like about TruKid products and shampoo is that there are no parabens, SLS, artificial colors or fragrances that can harm my children.  Each product is labeled with the “TruKid Learning System” that aids in helping kids identify what part of the body each product is for. For example this Silly Shampoo has a smiley face with hair and the word “HAIR” under it. This makes it simple enough for any age child to know which part of the body it’s for, even if they’re not of reading age yet. They also use a combination of colors to help children build independence while promoting healthy habits. The blue color is for cleansing, green for nourishing and orange for sun protection.

I would love to try their sun care products. My son is so fair that during the summer months we are applying sunblock everyday, and have a natural product to use is important to me.
