I am trying to watch what I eat and to also eat more cleanly. This has been a challenge to find food that still has great flavors while also being clean. When I stumbled across this recipe for Lemon Dill Chicken Skewers I just had to try them. The whole family loved them, the lemon is not overkill and there is just a hint of Dill that compliments the chicken and lemon beautifully.
