Have a cup of coffee, eat breakfast, maybe even stretch for a bit. Having a healthy start to your day can do wonders for your mental health. And, it will show you that it is possible to avoid looking at your phone for more than 5 minutes.
Prioritize the Real Life
We know that checking up on your social media is an urgent matter. However, if you are with a real-life person, you should focus your attention on them. Enjoy the actual conversation and do not allow your phone to interrupt it.
Not only are you rude by focusing on your phone, but people will stop trying to be your friends. Sure, you can take a look if you are expecting an important message, but don’t reply to Facebook comments. People around you will not appreciate that. Get a Good Night’s Sleep
