Peeps are the classic Easter treat. Since I was a small child we had Peeps Chicks and Peeps Bunnies, but now they have a huge variety of Peeps. Did you know there are Sweet Lemonade, Sour Watermelon and Party Cake Peeps? They literally have something for everyone.
Have you tried the Peepsters? With me being a chocolate lover, these little marshmallow bite size cremes covered in either milk or dark chocolate are to die for. New this year is the yellow chick in a chocolate egg. Break your peep out of the hollow chocolate egg for a surprise.
The Peeps website has a ton of creations in their Cookin with Peeps section that can be made from Peeps, maybe try Peeps Rice Krispy Treats or a Peeps Bunny Patch Cake. This Easter Holiday be sure to pick up some Peeps for that special someone in your life and be sure to check them out on facebook, Pinterest and YouTube.

I’ve never been a fan of the taste of Peeps – I think it’s more the gooey consistency, but they sure have a lot of new flavors and kinds. Peeps are perfect for Easter and I’m sure the kids will enjoy the new Peeps as well as the classic ones on Easter.
