Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Muffins
Ingredients
- 2 cups Original Bisquick mix
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips (6oz)

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Place paper baking cup in each of 18 regular size muffin cups, spray paper cups with cooking spray

In large bowl, stir Bisquick, milk, sugar and eggs just until dry ingredients are moistened. In small bowl, mix peanut butter and vanilla just until blended, stir in chocolate chips. Stir into batter. Divide batter among muffin cups, filling each 2/3 full.

Bake 24 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from pan to cooling rack. Serve warm.
