This is a great, versatile white bread to make as is or experiment with adding, nuts, grains or various herbs and seeds. It has a nice crusty exterior with a soft, tender center.

Add all ingredients to the machine in the order listed. Choose either regular or light crust, depending on your preference and press "Start"
