Three Corn Casserole

This went along great with the Wendy's Chili - No Guilt that I cooked last night.
Course Side Dish

Ingredients

  • 8 Tbsp melted margarine (or 1 stick butter)
  • 11 8- oz can creamed corn
  • 11 8- oz can whole corn , drained
  • 11 cup sour cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 11 8 1/2- oz package corn muffin mix

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 2-quart casserole dish. Mix melted butter and corn.
  2. Blend in sour cream. Beat eggs and stir in along with corn muffin mix. Blend well.
  3. Bake for 35-40 minutes until toothpick comes out clean—and be sure to serve hot!
