1Put your roast in the bottom of your slow cooker.
2Mix together your broth, onion and seasonings.
3Pour broth mixture over your roast.
4Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
5Make a bed of mashed potatoes topped with extra-wide egg noodles.
6Place a serving of beef on top of the mashed potatoes and egg noodles.
7Ladle juice top and serve.
