Chocolate Chip Cookie Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 package Duncan Hines Moist Deluxe Yellow Cake Mix
  • 1 4 serving size Jell-O Vanilla instant pudding and pie filling mix
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1/3 cup Vegetable oil
  • 1 12- ounce package Mini semisweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1 1/2 cups Pecans finely chopped (optional)
  • Confectioners Sugar for Dusting

Instructions

  1. Combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, water and oil in large mixing bowl. Beat at medium speed with electric mixer for 2 minutes. Stir in chips and pecans. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 25 minutes. Invert onto serving plate. Cool completely. Dust with confectioners' sugar, if desired.
