With Social Media being as popular as it is it only makes since to allow your readers to login with an existing social media account. The last thing people want today is another username and password to remember. The Social Login plugin from Login Radius allows readers to use existing accounts from 30 different ID providers, for example facebook. twitter, Google, WordPress and even Amazon. To install this plugin just search for “Social Login for WordPress” from the add new plugins section of WordPress. This plugin does take some legwork to get it setup. For example I choose to allow logins from facebook and twitter so you have to go t the development website for each and create an application for this plugin to work. It sounds like a lot of work but it is really not that bad and Login Radius provides step by step instructions with screenshots or you can watch a YouTube video that will walk you through it. In the end it is worth all of the work to make it easier for your readers to register, login and comment and will definitely persuade those that would not otherwise want to spend the time to complete yet another registration. As you can see in the screenshots below the plugin integrates well. Do any of you use this plugin? If so what are your opinions and if you use another plugin to accomplish the same task, please share it.
