The PowerXL line simplifies everyday life with efficient solutions for the kitchen and throughout your home, from air fryers and indoor grills to high-performance blenders, juicers, and more. When life keeps you busy, PowerXL’s home and small appliances are your functional experts, those go-to products that help you excel. I recently received the 8 quart PowerXL Air Fryer Pro w/ Acc Kit to try out and so far it has been amazing. We have tried several air fryers in the past with mixed results. Those that would brown food up nicely would also dry them out and if the food was moist on the inside it was soggy on the outside. The PowerXL Air Fryer has a few features that set it apart from other air fryers that definitely make it worthwhile to try. The first and most important thing to me is that it is not a Uni-tasker. Today our kitchens are busy, we have a lot of gadgets and really can get overloaded with all these specialty appliances that only perform one task. This Air Fryer not only air fries, it is also a Rotisserie Oven and dehydrator giving you more bang for your buck.
A lot of air fryers just give you baskets or mesh trays to cook your food in. The air moving around it should mean that all food cooks evenly, but with something like french fries or chicken nuggets where you can only cook a small amount on one layer it leaves us having to stop the cooking and move the food around so we can make sure they all get even cooking. The PowerXL Air Fryer Pro has a rotisserie with a rotating basket, look inside the window in the pic above and you will see it and also see it in action in the video below. What this means is I can dump a whole bag of fries in the basket, press the french fry button on the front and let it go. No worrying about if some are going to be soggy and some are going to be crispy if I do not rotate them which is amazing. After all, these air fryers are meant to not only help us eat better with less oil, they are also supposed to make life easier, otherwise why make the investment?
The rotisserie feature is a total game changer. Not only can I get “fried” foods that are crispy all over, while still juicy and tender on the inside I can also roast chickens, pork roast, leg of lamb (all recipes included in the recipe book). My husband also loves to make homemade beef jerky and we had a dehydrator for this in the past, but the smell was horrible and it was a Uni-tasker so it had to go. Now we can make beef jerky in the PowerXL Air Fryer Pro!

As you can see above the french fries came out great. I used the french fry shortcut which was 15 minutes of cook time at 400 degrees and after the fact realized that setting is, probably best for regular french fries and these larger steak fries could use more time to crisp up more, but they were still great. Not greasy at all and 10 times better than what comes out of the conventional oven.
The PowerXL Air Fryer Pro can be purchased from major retailers as well as their website and Amazon. This would make a great Christmas gift or pick one up for yourself, I won’t tell.
