PupBox, based out of San Francisco is a subscription service for new puppy parents. Each month they handpick 5-7 treats, toys, accessories and training information and ship it to your front door. They track your puppy’s development and personalize each box to match the changing needs of your pup. Potty training, teething, obedience training, adolescence and into adulthood. There are several box of the month clubs for dogs, I have tried several and had great experiences with them all, but PupBox has a couple of features that make it quite different than the others.
When you first create your account you will go through a brief questionnaire to allow PupBox to get to know your pet, their name, birthday, gender, coat type, target adult weight and whether or not you live in the city or the country. All of these questions help PupBox tailor the box to your specific pet. Each month their team of puppy experts will pick 5-7 items to send you targeting the needs of your puppy, everything from toys to bones to accessories and also some valuable training information. The card we received in our first box included info for crate training, house training and puppy proofing our home. Another feature that I feel is unique from PupBox is the ability to re-order a specific item. If your pup received an item, tried it and loved it (one of the best things about a box of the month) you can order that item individually from the Pup Shop and only pay $1 for shipping.
Xena celebrated her 1st birthday at the end of October and the birthday PupBox we received was awesome! She received a birthday hat, a rubber chicken which she loves, an ice cream cone squeaker toy and more.
On the back of the PupBox birthday card was a recipe for Pup Cupcakes that I made for Xena and she loved them! We even had enough to take to her pup friends across the street for them to enjoy. As you can see she was partying it up in her birthday hat and loves the ice cream cone squeaker toy. If you want to make your Pup very happy and get some great tips as you go through life with your puppy you have got to get them a PupBox. You can order a PupBox for 1 month or you can order for 3, 6 or 12 months, shipping is included and the more months you subscribe for the more you save. Speaking of saving money, use the promo code QueenofReviews and receive $10 off any subscription!
