I am a huge fan of puzzles and always have been since I was a child. I love the challenge of the puzzle and yet it is so peaceful, just me and the puzzle pieces. In the past I have reviewed several other Ravensburger 3D puzzles such as the Tula Moon Eiffel Tower and Empire State Building at Night and the gorgeous Neuschwanstein Castle 3D Puzzle. All of these puzzles are so much more than that, they are beautiful pieces that are meant to be displayed and enjoyed. Every time we have friends and family over they cannot believe these are puzzles, just beautiful. This Holiday season I was given the opportunity to review the Lighthouse at Night 3D Puzzle and of course I jumped at the opportunity.
I have just started to get over some kind of crazy bacteria infection that has had me knocked out on the couch for the past week so Ethan and I started assembling this puzzle today. You can see in the pic above that the Lighthouse goes together just like any other puzzle, only it is 3D. This puzzle contains 216 pieces and took us just over an hour to complete. The top of the lighthouse uses 3 AA batteries and the light does really move like a lighthouse. If you want to give the gift of relaxation, family time and watch memories be created, check out the wide variety of puzzles and other gift items available from Ravensburger, their products can be purchased online through Amazon, the Ravensburger website or find a retailer near you here.
